- Choose full-account deletion or describe the selected data you want removed.
- Confirm and submit the request below. CardEyeQ will review and normally complete it within 30 days.

CardEyeQ deletes or de-identifies your profile and contact details, active sign-in sessions, Vault and collection records, uploaded card photos, grading reports, binders and custom sets, marketplace listings and messages, preferences, and account activity tied to your identity.
What may be kept
We may retain limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, and request-confirmation records where reasonably necessary to meet legal, accounting, or safety obligations. These records are restricted and are not used to keep your account active. Residual copies in routine backups are isolated from normal use and age out within 90 days.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@cardeyeq.com from the address associated with your account. We may ask for limited information to verify ownership before acting. For selected-data requests, identify the information you want deleted.
